Sunday

I woke early as is my habit and I walked around the twice shoveled paths in the yard with Lily surveying my hard work. I turned on the radio and PIPE DREAMS on American Public Media was playing. I fed Lily and Sammy and made coffee. I remembered my dream. I was planning a children's book with my friend Peter Cournoyer, a fireman.

My back is still sore from weight lifting snow. And my toes are too from balancing. It feels good though and I got close to 8 hours of good sleep in spite of coffee and transmit-mode. The shoveling knocked me out! I love to be physical in transmit-mode. Unless it's dancing I get grounded. If I dance I fly up, up, and AWAY!

I am ready to shovel the two flat roofs and then help my neighbors. The new residents from Florida don't know how to shovel without getting snow everywhere. They made a direct path behind their monster double sized SUV leaving two mountains of snow on either side that 18 other resident vehicles will now try to pass over, but will get stuck! What do they know, they're from tropical Florida. I am hoping the new landlord of the parking lot will be MORE responsible to his tenants than the last guy who for 19 years never cared about his tenants. The city finally had to squeeze him out. Amen to that.
