We are such a great city it's hard to believe its not fictional

My favorite TV shows were ADAM 12 and EMERGENCY! I am dating myself. Even if we don't get to be cops we can play them on TV or for a comic strip about Woonsocket.I'd carry a badge and a day glow pink squirt gun filled with water or cat pee depending on what fits the crime.

I know the city wants to tear down much of the main artery of the 600 block due to rampant drug dealing. This area drains 75 percent of the city resources. I am wondering if instead of demolition it could be maintained like the section 8 complex to my north. The over site might be a MUCH better solution than the leveling.

I'm so glad Neighborworks is connected to RIAC. A group went swimming there last week. Mike Reynolds RIAC owner is AMAZING. He "gets" what Woonsocket is about. I might join the rotary club or just be a regular guest. I went there last week with Mike and met a lot of great people that already know a little bit, people devoted to our city.

We are such a great city it's hard to believe its not fictional. No wonder they are doing movies here.

I call City Hall my dormitory. When I go I stop in and see everyone, Armand, Sue G, Mayor Lisa, Zeno, the engineers Mike and Scott, etc. The dog license ladies, "Lily is always welcome here" they say. She is frightened of the shiny linoleum slippery for dog claws, floors.

I wish I was a detective. I have thought about it for over 2 years since I started performing in the city as Miss Marple. I'd love to do a drive a long with fire dept and police. At the very least I'd like to make a gratitude lunch for the Police and Fire Depts and City Hall and Librarians and Highway Dept. Maybe one section at a time and I could cook in the Neighborworks test kitchen.
