I Love cabbage and buttermilk coleslaw is the best summer food I know. I add carrots red onions and celery to the chopped cabbage and I make a dressing blending buttermilk, mustard, salt, sugar, Adobo, red wine vinegar and Hellman's mayonnaise in the blender. Sometimes I add hot sauce. The fermentation happens overnight and it wilts the cabbage. This tastes best the next day. Sometimes I add chopped pickles.
