Cooking Rice

Home is where the pressure cooker is! I am pressure-cooking rice.

Directions:
Place the steamer tray in the pressure cooker and add water up to the top of the tray. Then take a metal bowl that fits in the cooker and fill it half way up with your favorite rice. Add water to the rice up to your knuckles (when your hand is placed flat on the rice). Sprinkle with salt or Adobo. Place the cover on the cooker and heat under pressure for 5-10 minutes, for white rice and 20-25 minutes for brown rice. ENJOY!

This morning I boiled six eggs and steamed three heads of sliced broccoli. Whenever I bake and cook I make a lot because I am always hungry and I can freeze the extra. And God knows my next mood might be lazy and tired.

I love leftovers, they are my own fast foods!
