A Fast Start

I was walking Romeo heading East School near St. Germain. A red car zoomed by heading WEST and I mean zoomed. Must've been 90 miles and hour!! I was talking to a lady with a kid in a stroller and a 3 year old dressed up for Halloween. We both gasped! I kicked myself for not nabbing the license plate (since I practice daily). Then on my way home, on East School Street the red car zoomed back this time heading EAST at 90 miles an hour but this time I got it. A bright red sedan. I recited it aloud until I got inside and wrote it down and phoned it into dispatch.
