Community

I trimmed my hair and then I trimmed my shrubs and walked Romeo. By the time I walked to the YMCA I was exhausted but I swam anyway. It was great to see Donna and Ray and have community kibitzing. We shared a coffee in the lobby and Ray L., told stories about Tai Chi, traveling in China, and detective work. Donna told stories about her siblings and taking care of her ailing dad. When I arrived home I caught just enough sun to dry my clothes on the line. Romeo barked twice at the gate thinking his favorite ball was in the big yard. This reminded me to pick up all of the pine scraps and give him the yellow softball to play with. Yesterday he got sick and I think it was from accidentally chewing on the pine trimmings while trapping the ball. He is completely self entertaining. Speaking of entertainment, I don't care about sports but I guess I do a little because I am glad the NE Patriots won. As long as I don't have to watch the games I can cheer them on.
