Multigrain Sourdough: The Resurrection

When I walked downtown I ran into so many people that I came home exhausted and hungry. I could swear it was 12:30PM but it was 10:AM. The bread dough in the fridge was a bit flat. It had been cold incubating over the weekend. It must've over-soured. So I fed it some fresh flour, yeast salt and sugar and kneaded it and it came back to life.

It has risen enough and now the 9 loaves are baking.
