Bill's BBQ sauce

This BBQ sauce is so good we are using it on hard boiled eggs and sliced turkey.


Bill's BBQ sauce
2 cups wine vinegar
hot sauce and smoky hot sauce
3/4 c molasses
3 cups water & can of tomato tomato paste
1/4 C W-shire sauce
3 cloves chopped fresh garlic
jug Chianti wine to thin


rub for the ribs
3/4 cup Adobo
1 1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 TBS dry mustard
OPTIONAL (1/2 TBs cinnamon)
