Last night after 3 day thawing process we cooked our first turkey in our gigantic pressure cooker. We set the time for 90 minutes and pumped up our tires and drove to Harris Pond and walked our dog at sunset. We should have cooked it for an hour but another source said 90 minutes. So we had instant turkey soup! Romeo dog was happy to eat the skin. It was delicious and I willingly ate several small bones and marrow since they had dissolved.
This morning I just steamed 6 heads of kale and I will make a fabulous turkey soup and freeze it in quart-sized bottles.
