I am a kale freak. Many times people have asked me "What do you do with that?" And I've asked the supermarket manager is I could demo in the produce aisle.
Last night we cooked a turkey in the pressure cooker (yes it fit) and made stock. This morning I just pressure cooked 6 heads of kale which will be joined with the turkey stock.
