The plastic gallon piss jug is sitting outside the door of the garage so it won't stink up the motorcycle shop. This out of view parking lot is always a fight between illegal motorcycle repair and drug dealing. It seems never to belong to the residents. Once again I blame the absentee landlord. Slumlords destroy cities.
