Stick Ball

When people try to manipulate me and maneuver me I might not register it at first but when I finally do, watch out. No matter who it is it's stick ball compared to the powerful Midtown-Manhattan advertising monsters who raised me. When you smile a lot people think it means you are stupid and naive. I smile a lot. I am not stupid or naive.

My parents were the kind of people who invited my ex boyfriend over for Thanksgiving just to try to get back at me for running away from home. Of course it only convinced me that I was smart to stay away.
