Wholegrain Sourdough Buttermilk Tahini Waffles

Multi-grain Sourdough Buttermilk Tahini Waffles

I did not measure but try it.  The starter was dark rye, oat, whole wheat. The remaining flour was whole wheat. I used molasses as the sweetener, sesame tahini as the oil, and kosher salt. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 2 eggs, buttermilk to moisten. They are light as a feather!

HEAT WAVE! I miss winter foods, ice skating and wearing clothes.
