Coleslaw is one of my favorite summer foods. Lately my coleslaw batches are more like kimchi. Today I added to the huge chopped cabbage, 2 small chopped onions, 2 pounds of grated carrot, a pound of raisins, a cup of pickle juice, a tablespoon of mustard, about half a cup of Hellman's mayo, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1 cup of buttermilk, Adobo, kosher salt, prepared mustard and sriracha. Mix well and pour over veggies. It wilted rapidly from the sour! So good.
