A Favorite Local Character

I ran into my friend Jason and we were talking about the cold.
"It's sooo cold," he said.
"I wear long underwear! It works!" I said.
"I'm wearing stockings, I'm a cross dresser," he said.
"That's okay," I said. "The stockings must feel great, they have lots of support."
He smiled. He's one of my favorite local characters.
