A Total Concept

Landlord Steve Biernacki owns the parking lot and surrounding buildings and calls his company " A Total Concept(s)" which is hilarious since the concept is "Total Abandonment" except when it comes to collecting the rent.

I urge ALL PEOPLE to avoid the "A Total Concepts" real estate company if you want a decent responsible landlord and proper housing. Especially if you want it to include working windows, screens, plumbing, plowing, heat, and all the things a landlord is obliged to do.

Today I got an earful from angry tenants while helping them shovel out. When Steve Biernacki's tenants phoned him for help his tenants were told "I'm not legally responsible to help."

Wow! He's not responsible for people trying to get to work on time. He's not responsible for anything in his mind.

As my friend Keith says "the karma police work 24/7."

I got out there at 6:30 AM and shoveled each PANICKED person out and came in at 11 AM. One woman had to get to court three others had started shoveling hours in advance to drive to work on time.
