Sesame Seeds taste Like Bacon When Baked in Bread

I love to blend flour and grains in my breads. lately I've been using using bread flour, whole wheat flour medium grind, rolled oats, coarse grind cornmeal and sesame seeds, added to Fleishmanns yeast, sourdough starter, tap water, and kosher salt.
