Library Kitchen and Pool

If I was a philanthropist I would build a kitchen attached to the public library, if they let me! Then I'd build a swimming pool that was Olympic-sized and COLD with a top that opened in the summer. It would be open to the general public and all people could get FREE swim lessons.
