It's a Pretzel, a Cracker, a Pizza! FOUGASSE!
I am making fougasse and it is so good. I used semolina and medium grind whole wheat, fleishmann's yeast and salt, and my sourdough starter. A happy dough!
I'd like to teach the world to bake!
