Sunday: Bread Dough and Homemade Pasta Sauce

I just made a spinach, onion, garlic, mushroom, carrot, tomato, sauce. I had some to eat on toast. It is fabulous! I am going to let it simmer all day. I mixed up two big batches of sourdough.
