I am so glad to hear you are hooked on sourdough! Have you made pancakes or waffles with it? My latest thing was a friend gave me a pound of ten grain cereal from Bob's Red Mill and I added it to King Arthur equivalent Baking Flour with additional scoops of Goya coarse corn meal and thick rolled oats and kosher salt, Fleishmann's yeast and cups of my whole wheat sourdough starter. I let it rise and then rest 2 nights in the fridge. I baked it hot for 35 minutes at 450 degrees F, in hamburger pans and I slice the breads sideways like English muffins. So good!
