Child Abuse!

There's a smart child next door and his parents just yell at him day and night. He is already showing signs of limited language skills. It's tragic because he is SMART. He climbs explores turns knobs, wants to PLAY and connect with the world. His parents continually yell and yell. The are damaging him to say the least mostly because they don't realize that he's a toddler. They scream paragraphs at him as if he was their age. And they don't protect him from things that they should like porch railings, gas stoves, etc. They threaten him so often he is deaf to it. This is a perfect example of child abuse!
