I grew up in the 1960's true madman era in a madman advertising family. The sad reality is our narcissistic parents grew a bunch of needy damaged children. Now these children have grown up and they are narcissistic and needy with their kids. I noticed recently one of my siblings advertising herself to me. Of course, I thought --advertising family, you have to sell yourself for love.
