Bread Lesson

Yesterday I had a bread lesson in my kitchen. We used half bread flour and half whole wheat and Fleishmann's yeast. This time we used the beginner's method and mixed up the dough made up of yeast flour and salt by hand in a shallow bowl. Then we kneaded the dough and let it rise. We used 6 cups flour and 1 jar= of wrist-temperature water 3 cups.
