Sourdough Starter

I opened the fridge and my starter was begging to be used. I didn't plan on making dough today but the starter was crying out to me. So I mixed up a bucket of semolina oat corn rye wheat bread dough. It will have a slow cold rise in the fridge over the next two days and then I'll bake it.
