Jollof rice

Jollof rice, or jollof, also known as benachin in Wolof, is a one-pot rice dish popular in many West African countries such as Ghana, Nigeria, The Gambia, Senegal, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Côte d'Ivoire, Liberia, Togo and Mali.
