I'm such a Yankee that I can't throw out marinades. So I devised one that can be saved and eaten. I sliced 3 frozen chicken breasts into slivers. Then in a separate bowl I made a marinade that resembled a salad dressing whisked olive oil, sriracha, soy sauce, ginger root, garlic, wine vinegar, and chianti.I added it to the chicken in a covered plastic container and I shook it often but let it thaw overnight in the fridge. 24 hours later I cooked it all in my big 12" skillet. I added a pound of frozen spinach and a bunch of leftover cooked cubed potatoes (about 4) and carrots. It was fantastic.
