I made 75 mini meatballs
out of
3 pounds of ground turkey
4 eggs
Worcestershire sauce
Adobo
ketchup
chopped multigrain butt end loaves of my bread
dried oregano basil parsley
freshly chopped white onion
freshly squeezed garlic
(I tested one blob in the microwave for seasonings!)
I used a melon scoop and filled 4 baking sheets and baked them at 400 degrees Farenheight for 15 minutes
Then I made a spinach salad and a dill buttermilk dressing combining fresh scallions, dried dill, fresh buttermilk and Hellman's mayo.
