Meatball Update

This is my 4th batch of meatballs using 3 pounds of ground 15 percent fat,85 percent lean, turkey. I used a whole mini loaf (defrosted homemade multigrain) and a big white onion and about 10 cloves of garlic along with 4 eggs, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup to moisten.
