I was a Prep Chef in 3 healthfood restaurants

Baking 2 trays of molasses granola and pressure cooking a bowl of rye, wheat berries, steel cut oats, raw sunflower seeds, basmati brown rice to go with the bathtub of collard greens and vat of hummus. I learned to cook in a restaurant so all my quantities are large.
