Rolling in Dough

 I made 2 rolls from the leftover semolina basil oregano parsley pizza  spinach calzone dough and they were so good that just whipped up another batch but I added cornmeal to the semolina along with rye and oats and chipotle adobo sauce+adobo. So we'll see what happens

I get a hankering to play with dough using chopped onions, cranberries and coriander, cumin you name it... I love adding steaming water from veggies and the aquafaba (bean water).

Today I started sauerkraut...and I could use the leftover water from that.
