This is the French Meat Pie recipe I started with https://growagoodlife.com/tourtiere/ but I beefed up (doubled) the spices and added more potatoes and added two packages of 1.4 pounds of beef pork veal meatloaf mix (almost 3 pounds) and 4 very large russet potatoes. I also added 4 onions. I used Chianti because there was no potato water. The instant pot drank it. LOL. I made a corn oil crust using AP flour 2 cups, 1 teasp kosher salt and 2/3 cup corn oil, and 6-7 Tablespoons of ice water. I made a ball and refrigerated it for 15 minutes and rolled it out between 2 pieces of wax paper. I brushed the tops with egg wash 1 egg beaten with 1Tbsp water). I baked it at 400-450 for 30 minutes. It's beyond delicious!
