Accumulation of knowledge is necessary – otherwise you couldn’t go home, you couldn’t speak English, Italian or what you will. But when we are looking at the factor of fear, which guides and shapes most of our life, one has to learn about it. Therefore you must come to it afresh, not with a conclusion, not with condemnation or justification. Justification and condemnation are born out of knowledge, which is the past, and therefore there is the cessation of learning anew.  Krishnamurti
