On my walk with Romeo I was wearing three gray sweatshirts under my big Carhartt vest, long johns under my jeans, a red fleece hat and fleece neck gator and a yellow scarf. I saw a woman walking home from A.J.'s Mini Mart with her toddler. The mother was wearing a T-shirt and pants and flip flops with no socks. The baby was wearing bunny slippers and a jumper. No coat. It was 27 degrees out!
