Lazy Dumplings become Meatballs

I prepped dumpling filling and made a dozen but then we had too much going on so now I shaped the filling into small meatballs and I am baking them. The filling is scallion red bell pepper mushroom and ground pork with sesame oil soy sauce and spices. Once baked I can add them to the chicken soup.
