Wholesome Biscotti

 

  • 2 ½ cups whole wheat flour + oat flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ or 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla + orange extracts

    • 1 cup dried cranberries

    Let the dough rest for an hour in fridge so ww flour can absorb the moisture.
