Early morning rising before the sun

My wheat corn oat sourdough woke up in the fridge and rose in the bucket for the 2nd time. It's full of little bubbles so I greased the pans and shaped it into 10 baby loaves. Early morning rising before the sun. It might be ready for baking in 45 minutes. Baking is birth!
