We spent the afternoon making these linzer torte cookies and they came out great! The long spells of refrigeration are crucial for making them work out. This is the best recipe. We used the lemon zest version not the cinnamon. We used bottle caps to cut out the center holes and bought raspberry jam for the filling. Happy Valentine's Day weekend.
