Lowfat Blend

For those of us with butterfat sensitivity:

In trying to lower the amount of fat in food, Ms. Rosso relies, quite successfully, on a mixture called "low-fat blend": equal parts nonfat yogurt and cottage cheese {combined}. This amalgam adds creaminess and body to salad dressings, desserts and toppings.
