When I get down and angry at the world sometimes it means I have been ignoring what I need the most. To give myself time. I need tranquility and contemplative solitude. I try to make it a habit like swimming or walking so the signal and feedback loop is strong. This has a huge impact on all of the other things in my life. My body is my friend. Walking and swimming open up my world. Breathing space is created in my heart and mind.
