We just made these and they were perfect!
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (5 ounces by weight)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil, margarine or melted butter
- butter for greasing the griddle
