The Turn Around

We have neighbors who were very unhappy when they moved in a few years ago. They were verbally and physically violent!  The cops came a few times. 

Then they got counseling and developed more effective communication tools and things got much better. No more screaming and breaking furniture over each others heads. Instead they would sit in their van and discuss things, away from their children. 

Then they adopted 2 dogs.

Last week I told them about the new dog park that opened 1/2 mile from here. 

Last night they were SMILING for the first time ever and they both stopped to tell me thank you, WE LOVE THE DOG PARK!! WE'VE MADE FRIENDS!!! Then they said, We go every morning at 9AM to meet with our pals!

So I sent this to Mayor Lisa who fought so hard to make the park happen.
