Simmering a Vat of Soup
Whenever I make soup I get in the zone and keep adding things. Currently my soup is 1/8 from the brim of the biggest soup pot I own. I started with collard greens and lentils and gallons of water and chicken bullion, olive oil, Adobo, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, canned tomatoes, tomato paste. It is fabulous.
