Marty Pearson the Stone Mason

We just received a demo on the granite oven at 40 South Main Street from the stone mason himself, Marty Pearson. We made pizzas and we ate them. Marty had wooden peels, and farina for dusting and dough and whole wheat flour for rolling, home made marinara and grated mozzarella. The pizza baked in 90 seconds and was delicious. "Look for the leopard spots under the dough."
