Sylvia

I saw Sylvia yesterday walking Lucy at the high rise and we had a lovely visit. She looked great. She is happy and healthy and her hilarious witty self. I was relieved to see she is loving living there and Lucy-pup even had a haircut and was doing well. She seemed up-beat and balanced and contented.
"I love living here," she said. "I get up go downstairs eat breakfast and go back up and color and watch TV come down and eat lunch and go back up and color and watch TV come down for dinner."
"I know how much you hate to cook, so this is perfect, like living at a hotel," I said.
"Exactly," Sylvia giggled.
"Everyone is friendly and says 'Hello Lucy' wherever we go. My room is 2nd floor right next to the nurses station, they knew where to put me," she said laughing. "My room is facing back, I have a view of the park. There's even a fenced in area on the side for all the dogs to play."
"Your estate is so well kept, Sylvia," I said, smiling.
"Isn't it, they do a great job," she said and we both laughed.
Sylvia told me her granddaughter has helped her a lot. Her daughter has been in touch too, and no longer living in Maine. (I am not sure she is back from Maine but Sylvia is HAPPY and that's all that matters).
