Wet Mud of Dough

My multigrain Asiago spirals were a hit. I just made a huge bowl of dough that will become bread or more spirals or both. Nothing replaces hands in dough mode, ceramics you can eat. Something relaxes as soon as I handle the wet mud of dough.
