Woonsocket Delicacy

Making Woonsocket delicacy: dynamites. Homemade tomato sauce, onion peppers ground beef, canned tomato + tomato paste. My version has additional veggies: celery, grated carrot, + mushrooms. And Chianti, olive oil Italian herbs, and red chili flakes.

I have dough rising which might become the buns!
