Wow! Good!

I had leftover homemade vegetarian shepherd's pie made with corn potatoes and spinach and onion an oil crust and I had a raw head of cabbage. I filled the pressure cooker with water and 2 bullion cubes, chopped cabbage and then I added carrots and dumped the pie (whole pie minus 2 slices that were eaten) in it and cooked it for 30 minutes. Wow! Good!

I had already prepared an oil pie crust and I shaped it and pre-baked it. Then I added three big white chopped and sauteed onions and beat 8 raw eggs and added a bloop of lowfat buttermilk. Then I added dried herbs: parsley oregano and basil and sundried tomatoes and combined it all and baked it in the crust Delicious! I added too many herbs so maybe it will be better tomorrow or I can top it with cheese.
