The Slumlord Kings of Woonsocket

Everyone knows this is the bad neighborhood and it's only because of the absentee slumlords. The whole neighborhood is run by greedy and uncaring absentee landlords. So, if you are looking to find a quality of life and affordable place to live don't choose this part of the city. Unfortunately it's a never-ending frustration of booming car stereos, loud motorcycle mufflers and ATV's running in parking lots. To top it off there's usually half a dozen barking pit bulls crammed into small fecal and flea-infested apartments. Be forewarned that the slumlord kings are corporations (not people). They rent out apartments on Woonsocket's East School and Rathbun Streets.
