Polar Pond Plunge

We just walked to the pond with Romeo and our pal Peter was getting ready to plunge into the water. He does this daily all year round. Sometimes he has to cut a hole in the ice to reach the water. It makes me shudder to think of plunging in the cold. He stays in for 60-90 seconds. Brrrrrr. He prepares hot coffee so it's waiting for him when he gets out.
